Insurance
We accept all PPO insurances who allow you to choose an out-of-network provider. We will submit insurance and only collect the co-payment on the date of appointment.
Do you have questions about what your insurance will cover? All new patients are invited for a complimentary consultation & x-rays. During this visit we determine treatment needs, costs and out of pocket expenses.
Payment Plans
We offer financing through Care Credit and Lending Club. They can help you finance any unaffordable out of pocket expenses. They have payments plans ranging between 6 and 60 months. Click here to apply or we can help you with the application during your initial consultation.
